I have a Airport Express wireless network on which I use both an Windows XP machine and a MacBook. I just purchased an XBox 360 wireless adapter and cannot get the XBox to connect to the network, or to even see it for that matter. It won't do it when set on automatic, nor if I enter all the information manually.

However, she did make a point that just if the wireles connection doesn't work you can always cable it and the xbox have to be near the airport extreme. *Fyi, the airport extreme is a router. I' might have picked one up if my first run xbox still ran. Its surprisingly easy to network, but if you are two stories away from the airport base, I think the wireless adapter is the way to go.
